Here, at Whisk & Paddle, food is our passion and we love to create for you! We have put some policies in place to help ensure that you'll love what we create for you too!

Orders are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We are a small shop, and try our best to accommodate every order, but we tend to book up quickly. As soon as you know the details of your event, please contact us, as we require a minimum of 7 days to fill a special order. Special orders consist of cakes, pastry, cookies, and other items customized by design, flavor and quantity. We do have cakes and other items available in our shop for last minute needs.

We are not a nut free facility. Most items are made without nuts or they can be omitted when placing a special order. When placing your order please inform us of any allergies. We can try our best to accommodate your allergy, we do bake from scratch but there can still be traces of peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk and soy in our products. We do our best to prevent cross contamination, but it is still possible. Please order at your own discretion.

Pricing is based on number of servings, flavor options, complexity of design, and delivery and set up time (if applicable). Having this information present at the time of ordering will insure in an immediate and accurate price quote. 

 

Special orders can be taken by phone, email to whiskandpaddlebakery@gmail.com, or in person. You can also click the "order a cake" tab for an easy start to placing your order. We are busy baking and decorating, email correspondence can take up to 48 hours for reply per email. Please have the following information prepared to limit the amount of back and forth emails and to ensure that no information is lost.    

  • Number of servings

  • Cake, filling and frosting flavors

  • Design (if there is a picture for inspiration, please include)

  • Writing (if necessary) 

  • Date and Pick up time of order (during regular business hours)

  • Allergy information

Changes to any order must be made no less than 48 hours before the day of pick up to ensure that these changes can be made. An additional charge may be applied. 

​

We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit on orders $75 or more. This deposit will be put toward the balance of the order.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the event of a cancellation, this balance can be used as a credit for another order.

We are not liable for any cake or special order once it leaves the store or is accepted at delivery.
